Welcome to Up A Creek Farm
My husband and I currently own and operate Up A Creek Farm, where we currently live.
Our farm is located in Floyd County, KY which is in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky.
Shortly after marrying my husband, we decided to start gardening. My first garden was very small, but I did not have the interest needed to have a productive harvest. In our second year of gardening, we decided to revive my grandparents' longtime garden spot. This is when I fell in love with gardening which piqued my interest in food as medicine, holistic nutrition, and sustainable agriculture.
Since reviving my grandparents’ old garden spot, we have found a place of our own to continue our gardening, adding livestock as well as our Great Pyrenees to the farm.
Our farm is members of Kentucky Proud and Appalachia Proud.
